Daily Listening

You can not break a habit, only build a stronger, better one.

Drinking water, exercising, meditation, practicing everyday, and listening everyday are all habits I have worked hard to embed into my life (and still working on).

Somedays are easier than others. When you fall off the horse, just get back on.
